Next New Moon Tea and Meditation with Holly:

Friday, November 21st - 4:30 to 6 pm
Meditation Hall @ True Self Yoga
$35 - Member / $40 Non-Member
Space is limited to 9 participants.

Join Holly as she guides you through a special tea ceremony and meditation to help set your intentions and align your energy with that of the New Moon.

We’ll begin by sharing in a cup of ceremonial, aged tea, then take that mindfulness into a guided meditation practice, ending with space for integration and reflection.

All props needed will be provided.

Please bring:
▫️Journal and/or Sketchbook
▫️Writing and/or Drawing Utensils

Optional Items:
▫️Item to place on our shared altar (examples: a favorite crystal, object from nature, etc.)
▫️A special shawl or blanket to use during your practice
▫️Any personal props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, cushions, etc.) that you'd like to have to support your meditation practice

Portal of the Ancestors - A special Yoga Nidra Ceremony with Holly Anderson
Saturday, November 1st - 5 to 7 pm
Forest Room @ True Self Yoga

This special practice begins with gentle asana and pranayama to prepare the physical body, then we settle in and guide our awareness through the more subtle energetic layers of our beings to connect with the space of the ancestors, ending with space for integration and reflection of the experience!

All props needed will be provided.

Please bring:
▫️Journal and/or Sketchbook
▫️Writing and/or Drawing Utensils
▫️Feel free to bring any items or pictures of ancestors you'd like to honor and call in during this offering.

Optional Items:
▫️A special shawl or blanket to use during your practice
▫️Any personal props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, cushions, etc.) that you'd like to incorporate into your "rest nest".
