Coach Becky here! I have a seriously amplified ability to envision the future with plausible and beautiful outcomes for my life, seeing how God could use me. One thing I’m learning is that if the Lord placed me in those situations immediately as I could envision them…it would require zero faith on my part. It can be a bit of a downer waiting upon the Lord to reveal His will for your future until you remember that He is for YOU and it is a guarantee that His will for your future will be far greater than you could ever imagine. I am learning to look for the nuggets and cherish them while waiting for His revelation and to trust that my vision may not come true but what He has for me will be far greater.

People wonder what my motivation was for coming to Tijuana, Mexico. I think it’s an absolutely fair question. God planted the seed in me 30 years ago with one of the leaders who’s been serving on this YWAM base for the last 20 years. God brought it to fruition by me simply opening my hands and surrendering to His will. So far in two days I have met so many of the 154 people on this campus, students and staff from all over the World. While the staff has been serving out in the neighboring communities, I have been able to “coach” individuals through their own personal challenges on the side. For example, the adults (students ranging in age from 18-47) are tutoring young children after school, who live in the Red Light District and then cleaning up the very streets the cherubs live on at night (holy yuck 🤢) I’m personally coaching them. While the staff is teaching parenting classes or debriefing on campus, I am personally coaching them. We have volunteers that are teaching self-defense classes given that these families live in the worst, I believe, #1 crime capital of the world. I had no idea how God was going to use me down here but I can tell you it is far more fulfilling than I could ever imagine!

Coach Becky here! The first step to my healing and for others that I coach is to rate their judgement levels from 1-10 of themselves and others. I was shocked as are my teammates (coaching clients) of how high our daily, judgement rating scores are. About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin's University, Olympia, WA as well as an additional Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University in Seattle, WA. I specialize in working with Married Couples, Women's Issues and Teenage Girls. My goal is to provide Hope, Healing and Restoration for those who are struggling in life. Furthermore, I am passionate about helping the individuals I work with in finding their "purpose" in life. I have also enjoyed writing articles for Southwest Washington Family Magazine that deal with the practical struggles of every day living. Those articles are available online at their website. Although, I used to have extreme stage fright I now truly enjoy speaking to Women in a group setting. I have spoken at several Mother of Preschoolers (MOPS) events and Church Women's Retreats.
