In my practice, I lean into IFS a lot to help clients understand the varying perspectives and polarizations they might carry within themselves. IFS (Internal Family Systems) invites us to gently notice the different parts of us that hold fear, anger, hope, or numbness.

Each part has wisdom. Each one belongs. And many of them seek or benefit from healing and transformation.

I primarily use the EMDR standard protocol in my work, but also integrate mindfulness & somatic/energy work. Powerful stuff. If you’ve never tried it, you can use bilateral simulation on your own with self-tapping to help reprocess difficult emotions, memories, or patterns.

Hey Friends, Happy Spring! I will be in Maine soon and have a few openings available on Friday, May 9 or Friday, May 16 up in the Sugarloaf area for energy work or QHHT if you would like a spring tuneup.

Spring is actually medicine for your nervous system.
More sunlight = more **serotonin** which helps lift
mood, balance emotions, and regulate sleep.

If you've felt low, foggy, or stuck lately— this is what helps me get back on track: step outside when you can!

Get out for at least 10-15 minutes (for me, in-between sessions). No phone. Just light on my face.
It's not about forcing a "good mood"-it's about letting your body *remember* how to feel good.

Info about sessions

My practice and life work is about creating space to assist others in reconnecting to their true selves and to the love and abundance around them. Through working with the body’s intelligence and communication, we can work together to balance energies in ways that allow you to get unblocked; releasing emotions and trauma that the body has stored or patterned, allowing you to transform your life and to create a life filled with gratitude and wonder.

Currently, my main practice includes energy balancing-- which is a mix of energy testing the body for information and of a relaxing table session where I’ll hold, rub, or move my hands over various parts of your body. These sessions can also tackle emotions and physical symptoms and are typically booked for several weeks in a row while working to transform a pattern.

Healing is a collaboration and you should be prepared to put effort toward your wellness. Truly, you are the most important healer in your life, and as the most important contributor in your wellness and healing, you have some responsibilities. Minimally, you’ll be asked to do “homework” in between sessions to keep your energies flowing and to continue to train your energies and mind to new patterns. You’ll be expected to observe your thoughts and emotions and work to gain control over negative thinking and emotions. Please come to your session committed to having an open mind and staying, as much as possible in your deepest breath and in your trusting within place. Your body and mind’s receptivity will make all the difference as we work together to get your system flowing.

Bio-Healing Therapy services are also offered following the Domancic Method. These services are typically offered as events, and laying-of-hands is offered to individuals, one at a time, within a group, meeting over several days. Private sessions can also be arranged in this method or you can reach out to arrange a small event or in-home gathering among friends or family.
