Shout out to for this incredible anthology of herbal frontlines/ street medic resources. It's like every herbal medic guide you've seen over the years in one place. Bless the Virgo or whoever who put it all together. There's ASL protests, Spanish medical terms, protesting safety protocols and so much more, including an herbal medic guide we contributed to years ago! Show up, and keep each other safe out there relatives!

WOW thank you to the crew that rallied on their way down to another event, to stop and harvest Hawthorne before the rains set in this weekend. Listening to the plants and the rhythms of season, weather and blooms is always such a dance! We had to cancel our Hawthorne harvest this year due to rain, and were so greatful we were able to sneak this harvest in for the season. We’ll use this medicine on canoe Journey in our Hawthorne Heart Oxymiel, “The Skipper; High Blood Pressure Tea” and “Wired but Tired; Adaptive Tea Blend”
Come help process and make medicine with these flowers on Monday, May 12 for Community Medicine Making Day
