Oh hello there, bilateral laryngeal ventricles! Sometimes I see one of these babies reveal themselves on a fees but I can’t recall ever seeing 2 so clearly. And you’re thinking, “that’s fun but so what?” Well, ya know how when doing a fees sometimes all of a sudden a trace of green liquid appears on the cords that wasn’t there 3/30ths of a second ago and you can’t figure out where it’s coming from… consider that it is getting squeezed out of these spaces. It’s what they do, producing secretions to hydrate the TVFs, creating a protective layer on the sensitive TVF mucosa. 🌈
