Karriann Rizzieri (she/her) has been providing massage therapy in Olympia, WA since 1997. After working in various settings, she found her passion for supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals through therapeutic massage, reflexology & abdominal therapy. In 2013 she added Postpartum Doula services to her practice. She strives to provide a safe and nurturing space for all bodies. What Does a Postpartum Doula DO?

~Assists with newborn care, family adjustment, including sibling/pet care, set up meal train, meal preparation and light household chores. Infant massage instruction available.
~Emotional support, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum 4th trimester.
~Offers evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents. Makes appropriate referrals when necessary.

We’re excited to re-introduce our weekly support group (previously known as the Breast and Chest Feeding Group), now renamed the Infant Feeding & Postpartum Support Group!

Starting Thursday, January 22nd, join us every Thursday for 12 weeks at the Hands On Children’s Museum from 10:15am-11:45am.

This free, drop-in group welcomes all infant-feeding families and offers a warm, supportive space to connect, ask questions, and navigate the postpartum journey together.

No registration or HOCM membership required.

They are recommending that parents discontinue the use of any ByHeart Infant Formula products, as all ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula products have been recalled.
