Would anyone be interested in a video tutorial on self intra-oral (inside mouth massage)? I have had a ton of clients coming in w jaw pain/tightness and headaches, I thought it would be helpful to show people how to do it themselves! It is nice to have it done by a therapist, but honestly I have been doing it to myself for years and have instant relief. I will post something soon!
