Welcome to OMnia Yoga — where movement meets magic. Come as you are. Breathe deeply. Move freely. Yoga. Dance. Fun. Let Go. Be Free.
We believe your practice should be enjoyable, and non-punishing. Vinyasa yoga meets dance for a confidence boosting practice that gives you strength in mind, body, and soul. Creator and Founder, Tiffany Jolly has logged 20+ years in the fitness industry, she spent time as a nationally certified personal trainer for a corporate gym, and has taught everything from cycling, step, kickboxing, bootcamp, pilates...you name it, she found yoga and put all her best moves into one practice to give her students an energizing, whole body, heck, whole woman workout! OMnia Yoga is a fusion of vinyasa yoga + dance + great music.

We begin soft, easing in with breath and gentle movement.
We rise, building heat, energy, and freedom — the peak where the music pulls you higher.
Then we descend, slowing down into stillness and grounding, so you leave feeling calm + complete.
This arc — the bell curve — is what makes OMnia feel like more than a workout. It’s a journey. A dance between power and release, effort and ease.
✨ What’s your favorite part of the ride — the gentle warm-up, the peak, or the deep calm at the end?

Meet Seuss, my little sidekick and sometimes-studio mascot. 🐶💛
He’s a pro at downward dog and an expert napper—two things we can all aspire to.
On National Dog Day, here’s your reminder: stretch often, play hard, and rest without guilt. 🧘♀️🐾”

Every week brings its own weight — stress, expectations, self-criticism.
But here’s the truth: we don’t have to carry it all. Movement is how I practice letting go. Every breath, every stretch, every dance step makes space for something lighter to move in. ✨
What’s one thing you’re ready to set down this week?
08/25/2025
Yoga in the Park 🧘♀️🌿
We met up by the lake, felt the breeze, and moved what we’ve been carrying. ✨
Thank you for braving the heat and bringing your whole heart—beauty in how it feels, not how it looks. 💫
Big love to everyone who showed up yesterday—sweat, smiles, and so much good energy. My heart is full. 💛

In OMnia, we don’t rush into music. We start in quiet. 🌙
Those first few minutes are about arriving—breath by breath—before the rhythm sweeps us away.
Silence gives your nervous system a moment to downshift. It lets you feel your feet on the mat, notice the weight you’ve been carrying, and remember: you’re here now.
Then, when the music finally begins, it lands differently. It’s not just background noise—it becomes a pulse you can merge with.
Starting in stillness is my way of saying: your body already has wisdom, you don’t need to hustle to earn your place here.
✨ What do you notice in yourself when you allow a pause before the doing?

🌙 Tuesday nights are about to feel a little different…
A new way to move, release, and come home to yourself midweek. ✨
Stay tuned — details dropping soon. 🧡

Your body is not a problem to be fixed—it’s a home to be lived in.
I’ll be honest—loving my body has not always come easy. When I felt lean and fit, practicing body love felt possible. But in seasons when my body carried more weight? That’s when the real work began.
I’ve gained and lost, stretched and shrunk, over and over again. And the truth is—even at my smallest, body love was still a struggle.
What I’m learning is this: body love isn’t about a number on the scale, a flat stomach, or fitting into old jeans. It’s about choosing to honor this body—this one, right here, right now—because it’s the only home I’ve ever had.
Movement, for me, is how I make peace with my body. It’s how I shift out of judgment and into gratitude. Every class I teach is my reminder: we don’t have to look a certain way to feel free in our skin.
🧡 Tell me—what helps you feel at home in your body, no matter the season?

We didn’t know OMnia Yoga would be a game changer until we tried it for ourselves. Now it’s your turn to experience strength with purpose, freedom through movement, and self-care that’s fun. That’s our jam.
Tiffany Jolly founded OMnia Yoga because she believes that women deserve a fun, non-punishing practice that gives them permission to love themselves exactly as they are.
A Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, YACEP, and soon to be E-RYT 500, she started her journey in the fitness industry 20+ years ago, discovered yoga in 2013, created OMnia in 2015 out of her love of dance, flexibility training, and vinyasa yoga.
In OMnia we believe that your yoga practice deserves to be FUN, uplifting, and challenging, but not difficult. No more boring endless workouts, or punishing torture to get to your self-love and self-care on point.
We’re doing things a little differently round here and we’d be honored if you creeped on us and checked out a class, try the practice that will have your body saying “what took you so long?!” Find the deets on online and in person classes at www.omnia.yoga.
