Elite Disability is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live more independent lives.

Basic Requirements:
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others
• Ability to work as part of a team

What an incredible experience seeing behind the scenes of how the news comes together every single day! From the studio setup to the control room to watching the anchors prepare, it was such a powerful learning opportunity.

Our participants were fully engaged — asking questions, exploring the equipment, and soaking up every moment. Experiences like this build confidence, spark curiosity, and open doors to new possibilities. 💙

Our Pathways and Community Speaks group came together for an exciting day of basketball! Coach Brandon spent time teaching us key basketball fundamentals — from dribbling and passing to teamwork and communication on the court.
It was a great opportunity to build skills, stay active, and most importantly, have fun together. We’re so proud of everyone for their effort and positive energy! 💙
