We're thrilled to announce a powerful step towards that vision! In partnership with Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare, we're bringing three vital Mental Health First Aid training sessions to convenient CHI Health locations across the Omaha Metro.

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based program that empowers you with the practical skills to recognize and confidently respond when someone is facing mental health or substance use challenges. You'll learn how to offer vital initial support, bridging the gap until professional help can step in.
