There are 4 new yoga classes beginning this month. 1 on Zoom and 3 in-person.
First up is Yoga Nidra… on Zoom! This class can be done on a yoga mat or in your bed!
The goal is to access a mental space of consciousness where you are completely comfortable and relaxed, without falling asleep.
When you sign up, you will receive a customized stress-reduction package to support your journey of relaxation.
