Who or what is Santa?

The his-story is relative to the region. Commercialism via capitalism birthed a mythos that helps us sell. Yet there’s an indigenous origin story about Santa that hints at the mystical quality we associate with him.

Let’s drop below to the energy that feeds the diverse his-story. 🧑🏾‍🎄

1. Santa represents compassion, diversity, and inclusion — an energy we hunger for on Earth.
2. Santa experientially shares joy, peace, hope, and kindness with all the world through gifts — the generous abundance we long for.
3. Santa is a symbol of creative intelligence — part architect, part engineer, working diligently and playfully to innovate the right gift for each person.
4. Santa knows magic and miracles are real. Santa got something better than belief: knowing. We each secretly want to remember what Santa knows: magic is simply science we don’t understand yet.

Santa lives the inner peace required to allow loving, creative abundance to flow. That’s what allows us to live in the miracle zone. The symbol of Santa embodies an example of what’s possible, until we graduate from belief to knowing. 🎅🏿

To discover it’s all inside. 🎅🏽

When we understand what makes our whole body come alive…

When we purposefully say yes to our intended life adventure…

Such persistent action on behalf of our own joy turns up the volume dial on the inner peace and confidence that Santa represents. Our inner yes to what we desire not only decorates us, it emboldens us. ⚡️

Embody inner peace and generous magic. All. Year. Long.

Winter is a season of dark. The dark represents going inward, reflecting, slowing down. This creates space for rest and the kind of clarity required for a new season of you.

We give birth in the dark. The dark is a nourishing womb. The dark is how we see the light.

The only way to choose an aligned adventure and climb the right mountain, we have to surrender to what lights us up.

What makes your whole body come alive?
What makes you literally jump for joy?

Did you know your body and field behaves a lot like a tree? 🌲

Whether you’re into holiday decor or not, finding the answers to what lights you up is how you become a string of sparkling lights in any room. In essence, you become the Christmas Tree.🌲

To prepare for the risk-taking your heart yearns for — let the dark illuminate you.

To embody the luminous magic of a Christmas tree, there’s a few simple secrets from the trees:

1. You only need a good question. (You don’t need an answer)
2. The answer arrives (when it does) through the body.
3. Get to know what is in the way of your full yes.
4. Your dreams root and grow at the same time.

✨Part 1 of 3 • Solstice Invitations ✨
This series covers the big energetic invitations in the week ahead, to close out 2025 with grace and ease.

Happy almost solstice Sagittarius new moon.

I’m playfully calling the moon today the adventure activist new moon. 🏹🔥🌑

After our mischief-making Gemini super-duper supermoon twirl at the cosmic disco two weeks ago, we’re ready for the greatest adventure of our lives. 🪩

Not just any adventure — the adventure that’s haunted us our whole life. 👻

For most of us, it’s haunted us for lifetimes. ♾️

The strange tug. That whisper. 🤫

The odd idea that won’t leave us alone, no matter how many devious ways we’ve coped through it or a-void-ed it. 🧠

An easy problem in our strange mixed up culture, since it prefers we didn’t say yes. (When you say yes, you are ridiculously powerful!) 💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾

Here’s the thing, to say yes to the soul adventure pulling on our heart strings, we have to honor all the parts inside that inner dialogue. 💯

Honor, but not let the inner (or outer) naysayers run the show.

Also, you have a few months left to take advantage of the wood snake year, underway ‘til February 2026. Wood is about bold action. 🐍

Tell those parts trying to shut you down, the safest route is your dreams. Then in February 2026, the fire horse will run wild and free in your heart. 🐎

The snake is excellent at shedding, surrender, and transmutation — all fuel for your wildest adventure yet.

This dance was originally shot in summer of 2023 to Ciara’s song 1,2 Step. Unfortunately, the song rights were removed from Instagram, so I recently discovered my original reel with me dancing in silence. 😮

This time, I chose Control by Janet Jackson, since many of the moves were inspired by the choreographer Paula Abdul in her music video. In wild time traveller style, dancing my old school roots with mid 80’s moves from High School, the new choice works. 💃🏻

Janet co-wrote this at 19 marking her breakout as an independent artist and moving out from her famous family’s shadow. 💥

What is healthy control? Healthy boundaries. Healthy differentiation or individuation to step us towards agency, sovereignty, and healthy autonomy. 🚧

From the moment we’re born we slowly individuate. The first big pulse of autonomy is at age 2, but there are key moments of differentiation all along our life. In a healthy family and cultural dynamic, we’re encouraged to individuate. 🔥

Yet, in a culture where codependency is ubiquitous, many of us are not supported in our natural climb to self-agency. ✨

To be authentic, we’re forced to take a stand, even when it’s uncomfortable. To choose bravely what feels best, even when others disagree. We’re faced with taking control of our lives through self-aligned choices, even when others are displeased.⚡️

Oddly enough, our best choices are discovered only when we surrender to our truth and gut knowing. And even if others are displeased with them, it’s a win-win in the long run. ✨

When you care for you, you ultimately care for everyone. 🫂

So, when my dance interrupts the hypnosis of your scroll, drop the game for a while and surrender to YOU. 🌊

Instead of waiting for the universe to strong-arm you to surrender, why not do it on purpose? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Then make that brave choice! 🫶🏼

The dance of surrender and control is necessary for the blossoming of love, abundance, and success you desire as you become more you. 💃🏾

Isn’t it funny that “control” and “surrender” are actually besties? 💃🏻💃🏼💃🏾💃🏽
