Meet Our Therapist: Kelli Pedersen, PLMHP

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage—and you don’t have to take it alone. Kelli Pedersen is now accepting new clients (telehealth only) and offers compassionate, individualized support for people at all stages of life.

Kelli believes in meeting clients exactly where they are and walking alongside them with care, authenticity, and respect. Her approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT-informed, evidence-based practices to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to define success on their own terms. Healing is never one-size-fits-all.

Kelli works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, bipolar disorder, anger, hopelessness, and life transitions. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual, physical, and mental health disabilities, as well as older adults navigating phase-of-life changes.

Restore Rebuild Reconnect Counseling Center is a well-established and reputable mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric services to individuals seeking support for their emotional and psychological well-being.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our team and assist in the provision of comprehensive psychiatric care to our clients.

Job Description:
As a Psychiatric Nurse at Restore Rebuild Reconnect Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing care of clients with various mental health concerns. You will work collaboratively with a team of therapists to provide holistic care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and ongoing evaluation of psychotropic medications.
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Offer education and support to clients and their families regarding their mental health treatment.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license and psychiatric nursing certification.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychiatric assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to mental health care.

Sara Chavez, LIMHP, LCSW, LADC, is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults heal, grow, and reclaim their strength.
