Hi, I’m Kristen ✨

With over 8 years as a licensed massage therapist, my work is rooted in compassion, comfort, and whole-person care. Much of my career has been spent as a hospice massage therapist, where gentle, intentional touch helps ease discomfort, reduce stress, and bring moments of peace during life’s most tender chapters.

That passion led me to open Healing with Heart — a space dedicated to making massage therapy accessible, supportive, and safe for special populations, including older adults, individuals living with chronic pain, and those with disabilities or impairments.

My approach blends skilled, mindful touch with a variety of modalities such as hot and cold stones, heated bamboo, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, prenatal massage, reflexology, and soothing hand & foot scrubs — always tailored to your unique needs.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me out for a daily walk, spending time with loved ones, volunteering with the Iowa Council of the United Blind, getting lost in a good tearjerker novel, or attending productions at the Omaha Community Playhouse — a tradition close to my heart.

🐾 I’m also accompanied by my black lab seeing-eye dog named Nash during sessions. If you have allergies or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out ahead of time — your comfort matters.
