Meticulous planning, expert ex*****on (thanks to for the beautiful porcelain on 7-10). This result has us so excited for a very deserving patient!

Missing laterals...orthodontic compensation (canine substitution years ago). The challenge was addressing the proportions and reverse smile, all while making canines look like laterals and making premolars look like canines. Using in house digital smile design ( ) and gum recontouring we were able to balance this smile and create harmony.

A labor of love…
We were honored to give this patient his smile back after decades of wear, tear, and erosion.

Thanks to our ability to design and 3D print in-house (shoutout to ), we were able to reopen his bite and transition him into a new smile using resin restorations.

All of his teeth were restored using injection resin from 3D designs created by Dr. Pruitt. Additional layering on the anterior teeth helped bring in more natural color, texture, and lifelike details.

Over time, we’ll transition his case into stronger porcelain, but this approach is a fantastic way to create a stable bite, protect vulnerable teeth, and dramatically improve esthetics — all while remaining mindful of finances.
