Train in private - Look good in public. Live well - Age well. Next Step Fitness is the successor to Fitness Together, a personal training studio. We specialize in one-on-one personal training. We also offer Nutrition Consultations and Family and Friends small group training (up to four people) is available on request. Our owner got into this business because he wants to make as big of an impact on others as he and his wife experienced personally as clients. We invite new clients to sign up for a fitness assessment to begin to experience our premier personal training. Certifications:

Here’s our first recipe of the month!

This lemon chicken quinoa bowl is fresh, filling, and packed with protein to keep you energized throughout the day.
Ingredients (1 serving):
• 4 oz grilled chicken breast
• ½ cup cooked quinoa
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• ½ cup diced cucumber
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place quinoa in a bowl and top with grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and spinach.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

Approximate Nutrition (per bowl):
Calories: ~400
Protein: ~35g
Carbohydrates: ~28g
Fat: ~16g

On a snowy February night, nothing beats a warm, balanced meal ❄️🔥

This cozy chicken & sweet potato skillet is simple, filling, and packed with nutrients to keep you fueled through the cold weather.

Ingredients:
• Boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
• Sweet potatoes (diced)
• Red onion
• Spinach or Broccoli
• Olive oil
• Garlic
• Paprika, salt & pepper

Cook chicken in olive oil, add sweet potatoes and seasoning, sauté until tender, then finish with fresh spinach.
