Did you know that small daily habits can have a big impact on how your spine feels?

This week's focus: Movement Breaks Matter

If you sit for long periods—at work, in the car, or on the couch—your spine can become stiff and stressed. We recommend standing up and moving for 2–5 minutes every 30–60 minutes. Gentle stretching, walking, or even rolling your shoulders can help improve circulation, reduce tension, and support better posture.
