First sound bath of the new year at Lauritzen Gardens is Thursday, January 23rd, 6 PM. We are delighted to share time and space with you. Signs ups on the website.

The sound space AFTER a private sound bath we hosted today. If you and 8-10 of your friends would like to schedule a private sound bath with us, give us a call. We set up all the mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, fuzzy socks and tea. You and your friends just show up so we can meditate together.
