At AWakin Men’s Health, my goal is to match each patient with the right therapy and the highest quality option available.

Commercial testosterone cypionate products are FDA approved, widely used, and clinically effective. Many patients do very well on them. They are manufactured on a large scale with standardized processes designed for broad distribution.

For some patients, I also offer compounded testosterone cypionate in MCT oil through a specialized compounding pharmacy. These formulations are prepared in smaller, controlled batches and dispensed under enhanced product monitoring and stability protocols. Each batch is assigned a verified beyond use date and tracked for potency, sterility, and stability.

Because of these pharmacy quality controls, compounded testosterone is limited to a maximum three month supply at a time. This policy ensures the medication remains within its validated stability window and allows for ongoing oversight of every batch dispensed.

MCT oil based testosterone is often chosen for its thinner consistency, easier injections, and improved tolerability for some patients compared to traditional seed oil carriers.

Both options are effective. The difference lies in customization, carrier oil selection, and pharmacy level monitoring.

I went from 250 lbs to 186 lbs — stronger, healthier, and more disciplined than ever.

As a healthcare provider, husband, and father, I believe the best way to lead is by example.

I started my cut 90 days ago at 212 los. This morning, I weighed 186 los. Keeping my strength and muscle, while down 26lbs. My focus was simple: lose body fat, stay strong, and prove that consistency beats everything.

When I work with patients, I want them to know I live what I teach. You can't expect someone to take your health advice seriously if you don't walk the walk yourself.

As a dad and husband, I want to be active and healthy for my family, not just now, but for years to come.

Building and maintaining muscle as we age is about longevity, energy, and quality of life.
Next step: continue the cut to 180 lbs, then starting a clean bulk to add lean muscle before the next cut.

This is a long game not a 30-day challenge.
