Trust isn’t complicated. But it has to be earned.
Before healthcare, Boe Hartman spent years building trust with regulators in global banking. Now he’s doing the same with healthcare providers.
He shares this about his experience:
When we launched our payments business, we kept hearing: "Can you send a check?" "We only use fax."
Coming from banking, where everything happens digitally in seconds, this was stunning. Healthcare is still running on outdated systems because that's all many providers know.
The answer is simple: say what you’ll do, then do it.
If you consistently show up, help them, and remain transparent in the process... they'll trust you.
Once that trust is built, they'll be open to meaningful change.
