Founded in 2006 by Renae Peterson, Touching Hearts at Home was built on a simple but powerful belief: care should be personal, dignified, and rooted in compassion. Renae didn’t just create a home care company — she created a mission that continues to guide us every day.

We are incredibly honored and excited to partner with this fabulous group to bring a safe space for persons with Memory Impairments and their caregivers.

We’re excited to share that we’re partnering with Touching Hearts at Home of Omaha, NE to launch a Memory Cafe experience at Felius this spring. This program will create a welcoming space for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s — and the people who care for them — to gather, connect, and simply enjoy time together surrounded by cats, conversation, and calm. We met with owner Shannon today (Persi and Mack supervised) to begin laying the groundwork for our first collaborative event. More details coming soon on Omaha's first Memory Cafe. 🧡🐱
