At Mobility City, it’s our honor to serve those who served our country. We partner with VA case managers to ensure that veterans receive the right mobility equipment and services tailored to their specific needs.

Here’s how the VA repair process works:
1️⃣ Talk with your VA healthcare provider for an evaluation.
2️⃣ The VA approves your request and assigns Mobility City as your provider.
3️⃣ Our team reaches out to schedule service, often within 48 hours.
4️⃣ We complete the repair, and the VA covers the cost. No out-of-pocket expenses for approved services.
