Meet Preston, one of our licensed massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue.

“I take a results-driven approach because I genuinely want every client to leave feeling better and more balanced than when they walked in. I’m fascinated by anatomy and kinesiology and I bring that knowledge into every single session. Deep tissue is my specialty but healing is my passion.”

Q: What are you up to outside of VALO?
A: Cheering on my sons at their sports practices, experimenting in the kitchen with healthy meals, or out on a bike ride or nature walk. I stay as active outside the spa as I do inside it.

Q: Favorite treatment to perform?
A: Deep tissue — every time. There is nothing more rewarding than feeling the tension release under your hands and knowing someone is walking out of here actually feeling relief. That never gets old.
