Meet Your Massage Therapist
Hello, my name is Kaylie. I am the owner and sole practitioner at Unwind. I’ve been a massage therapist for 6 glorious years. I started my career as a MT for Essentials Natural Family Health. Learning quickly that working with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals was definitely my niche. I enjoy assisting people who are struggling with daily life altering issues (i.e. headaches/migraines, low back pain, and stress related issues). Knowing that I can give better quality of life even if it’s momentary makes my job so rewarding. I have wanted to be a massage therapist ever since I was little. I’ve always had a knowing to go in that direction. Since becoming a massage therapist and practicing for several years my interests have forked into yoga and body movement like physcial therapy to assist with what massage can’t. I’m a firm believer in my abilities only taking you so far and client’s work at home taking them the rest of the way. I hope to be able to help you on your journey to a more comfortable, enjoyable life.
