I’m happy to share that I’ll be teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) again this spring starting in March.

MBSR is a gentle, evidence-based way to learn how to meet stress, emotions, and everyday life with greater awareness, steadiness, and care.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect with yourself, or begin (or begin again) with mindfulness—this may be a beautiful place to start.

It’s such an honor to share this transformative work alongside Carlos Figueroa, and to guide participants through mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and inquiry.
