This past fall I took a Mental Health First Aid course, and it really reinforced something I’ve always believed- your body and your mind are connected in everything you carry.
My focus isn't just muscles. It’s about you as a whole person. The stress and the overwhelm, the life stuff that doesn’t always get talked about but absolutely shows up in the body.
I’m not a counselor (maybe I should've been lol) but I am someone in your corner. If you ever need support beyond the table, I can help point you toward resources and tools so you’re not trying to figure it all out alone.
