Hello! I am Gabriela Brunkhorst, the sole owner of Brunkhorst Counseling and provider at Complete Wellness.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, and thanks to my years in social work, I have spent time in many facets of the mental health field. I have experience with trauma, childhood/adolescent behavior issues, young adult life transitions, sexual abuse, crisis intervention, homeless population, military veterans and active duty, women, and motherhood.
Throughout it all I have always prioritized utilizing a trauma informed approach and ensuring that therapy is not a one size fits all experience. I advocate for and utilize evidence based interventions. I enjoy helping others work through their lifetime of learned thoughts, feelings, behaviors to guide towards the discovery of their most authentic self.
A bit about me I love being organized, traveling, visiting and supporting local businesses, my Nespresso, and spending time outside in the summer and fall.
