Spirit and Grace Academy is one of our awesome student groups that comes to visit our home. 👍 We appreciate the joy and time that their students and staff offer to our residents. An example of a hands on project was when second grade students created turkey crafts with our residents. 🦃 Thank you, Spirit and Grace Academy!

Last week, several local high school students visited Life Care Center of Elkhorn to help our residents take part in a pottery class 🎨✨ The volunteers spent time assisting residents as they created beautiful ornaments, snowmen, and angels.

Thank you to these amazing students for sharing your time and talents with us. We truly appreciate you ❤️

The holiday spirit was alive and well at Life Care Center of Elkhorn 🎄✨ Our residents enjoyed festive Christmas music, worked on puzzles together, and challenged one another with fun trivia games 🧩🎶❄️

Of course, no celebration is complete without plenty of yummy treats to enjoy 🍪🍬 It was a joyful time filled with laughter, connection, and holiday cheer ❤️

🎄 As part of Life Care Center of Elkhorn's holiday-themed dress up days, Social Work Assistant Nate delighted residents by dressing up as Ralphie in his bunny costume from the popular classic movie, "A Christmas Story." 😂 Thank you, Nate, and everyone who takes the time to bring a smile to our residents! ❤️💚
