Hi I’m Kayla! I love all things birth, my family, and my Kindle. I started TBC six years ago when I saw firsthand how hard the pandemic was making birth and postpartum. I serve everyone in my community, but have a special place in my heart for rainbow babies, military families, and VBACs. Today is national Rainbow Baby Day. A rainbow baby is a child born after pregnancy or infant loss. I am blessed to have my two rainbow babies after a very long battle with infertility and loss. I have been honored to welcome so many rainbow babies as a doula as well. For those of you in the waiting, I see you and I’m holding space for you.

It’s World Breastfeeding Week! I am honored to have nursed my daughters for two years straight. Feeding my babies did not come naturally to me. With support and time we figured it out and what a beautiful journey it was! A huge thank you to for supporting our feeding journey.
