I can KNOW this and still doubt my heart sometimes. ❤️

But the more I listen and act in heart ❤️ alignment, the louder that voice.

As a “gut-girl”, I believe my heart speaks loudest via my gut instincts.

What could life look like if you didn’t feel the need to be “busy”

The message that really opened my eyes was that “busy” is actually an avoidant behavior. Basically called me out for giving energy to so many UNimportant things to distract myself from the quiet where the REAL internal growth is available!!

April is for ACCEPTING IMPERFECTION ✨

Thus has been a long journey for me!
I mean, I really FEEL this one.
Growing up, I felt like perfection was protection. “If I’m perfect, nothing can go wrong!”
FALSE!!!
In reality, the quest for the elusive perfection will leave you disappointed, frustrated, and exhausted.

During my year, I’m so glad I can finally see how imperfections are beautiful. Imperfections make us who we are.
Imperfections allow others to see us and see themselves in us!

No matter where you are in your perfection journey, I encourage you to let go of the quest for unattainable perfection.

Instead, consider being perfectly you!

The lightness of forgiveness…giving and receiving…offers so much space/energy for enjoying life as it is!!

Thankfully, I’ve not historically been a grudge-holder. I’ve heard the saying, holding a grudge (insert staying angry, not forgiving someone…) is like drinking poison while expecting the other person to die😳😳

No thanks!!

Is there a person or situation you are willing to forgive to free yourself from the poison? To realign that energy toward living
