Some Molina members will soon receive a survey in the mail from a company called Press Ganey. The survey is called the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey. It asks questions about your health care experience. For example, it may ask:
• How easy it is to see a doctor
• How well your doctor listens
• How we can make your care better
If you receive the survey, please take a few minutes to fill it out. Your answers help us make changes that can improve your care, like:
• Adding more doctors and clinics so you have more choices
• Offering more video visits so you can get care where you need it
• Making it easier to get your medicine
