Flatwater Collective: A Mindful Community

Flatwater Collective: A Mindful Community Building a community we want to live in! learn.practice.connect Stillness. Heart. Emergence.

Leaders in Mindfulness & Meditation

We are dedicated to providing mindfulness & meditation opportunities to improve the mental health and well-being of individuals in our communities. Creating awareness by practicing mindfulness & meditation rooted in the Dharma to see the world more clearly and collectively strength our body-mind connection. Cultivating a deeper sense of belonging, gently and courageously working at the edges of our understanding to widen our circles of compassion, until there is no Other. Exploring and protecting what we value, what we hold sacred; restoring and creating a world we want to live in, knowing we are not alone, we do this work together.

This Friday is a national walkout.
If you’re participating or simply feeling the weight of the moment—Flatwater Collective is open.

From 11am–4pm, our space is available as a place to land:
to gather quietly or together,
to rest, breathe, reflect,
to be in individual and shared presence.

No agenda. 20 minute sits at the top of every hour.
Just room for community, stillness, and being human. Together.

Come as you are. Stay as long or as briefly as you need.

Another Grateful Gathering with Katie ✨

Join us for an afternoon of reflection and practice as we explore and build the skill of gratitude together.

Practicing in the warmth of community allows gratitude to deepen and become something we can carry into everyday life.

Our grateful gatherings will be extended by 15 minutes to allow for an easeful session. 4:00-5:15pm. Freely offered.

If life has felt full or overwhelming, come be with us.

Sunday practice is a place to soften, reconnect, and remember you belong. No experience needed—just a body, a breath, and a willingness to show up.

The holidays have passed… but were you really able to rest?

In the heart of winter, we’re gathering for a simple, nourishing day of practice with Susie Hiley — a time to slow down, breathe, and remember what “enough” feels like.

Mark your calendar for January 26. A traditional work day! 😎

Give yourself a day to be held by stillness, to settle, and to rest in simplicity.

We won’t always feel calm and that’s okay.
This practice isn’t about fixing ourselves.

It’s about learning to meet our experience with a little more kindness, especially on the days when calm feels out of reach.

Showing up, together and just as we are, really does matter.

Thanks to our CTS guide Todd Boswell for this.

Czech it out! We would love to practice with you. 🤩

“More present. More kind. More me.”

These words came from a past participant reflecting on their MBSR experience—and they say so much.

We have two MBSR courses that begin next week, offering practical tools, supportive community, and space to meet life as it is.

If this resonates, trust that nudge.

We’d love to practice with you.
