The office will be closed again today as a result of the high speed hit and run car accident. I’m just not able to adjust without pain increasing over already high levels.

While there has been much loss and many of you have left with all the changes, THANK YOU to all who have stayed and given grace through this more than difficult time. May the new year bring continued healing for us all ❤️

With that said, the office will be shoes off tomorrow FINALLY. Yet unfortunately, the office will be closed next week completely to all patients. Follow-ups will be delayed on any outstanding communication, but I will reconnect as soon as I can.

National ice cream day? You bet!

Wait!!! A functional medicine holistic health nerd eating ice cream!?? Yep! Listen, foods can cause issues, but you need to understand WHY.

Many foods and ingredients we should avoid whenever possible (probably this ice cream I’ve looked 🥴). Foods also feed toxins within us, and those waste products are what add to chronic inflammation and dis-ease: autoimmune, ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more.

I help people learn the WHAT and the WHY. AND, I do it more affordably and specifically than other functional medicine practitioners. How many times have you left ANY doctor in any field understanding why the changes are important? I’d say most just assure you the “solution” will improve/eliminate your symptoms. Feeling good is great. Healing is better because it means you have your life aligned!
