Discovering what truly makes you healthy isn’t always straightforward. That’s why having the right tools and support is key!

Start by uncovering your why and understanding your unique, bio-individual needs!

Then, GET CURIOUS! Explore different aspects of health, and take intentional steps toward what feels realistic and sustainable for the next 6-12 months.

I have had some time to reflect since I wrote No Cure, No Problem.

My most common and consistent thought that continues is… you don’t have to be ‘sick’ to focus on your health! Focusing on your health before that happens is actually more beneficial than anything & what I wish for all people.

What we can do for ourselves to PREVENT major sickness and disease from happening is to prepare our bodies for what will come for all of us, and ensure that our body is as healthy as possible.

Sickness is guaranteed for all humans, but how and when that happens IS NOT.

How would you rate your digestive system health currently? If you have a list of symptoms big or small then that is your sign the link between your mind & body is impaired!

The vagus nerve and to some degree all cranial nerves play a vital role in communication between our brain and the rest of our physical body. The vagus nerve when inflamed or under too much stress will decrease its communication and resources for better function temporarily leading to poor digestive health.

The longer you remain in this type of stress, the body believes it to be normal and will begin reducing the priority of energy to the digestive system. Because the body is detecting a “threat” to the point it is giving nutrients and support to other organ systems it believes to be better for your survival.

Since 85-90% of your organs send communication signals through the vagus nerve back into our brain…the more inflamed our vagus nerve is then gives way to having weaker and weaker digestion in general!
