If you haven’t had the chance to read No Cure, No Problem yet! Here are 3 things I think are key takeaways!

1ļøāƒ£ Whether your sickness is minor, extreme, or terminal, it was not ONE single event! Sickness is a process that has been happening for years and/or decades, with 1000’s of choices, that based on your genes and toxic load, probably broke down your body slowly without you knowing. Until the day of your diagnosis.

2ļøāƒ£ There is no one specific way to get your health back or one way to heal! I have personally never met a single person who could do the exact same diet, lifestyle, emotional healing, spiritual practice, and anything else needed to make progress. There are 4 NON-NEGOTIABLES (known as the fundamental 4). Fundamentals that anyone would benefit from no matter what your beliefs are!

3ļøāƒ£ You must know your why for change OR the world will change you without you ever knowing it! If you don’t consciously choose your direction, then your subconscious mind does, which is built to protect you, not heal you!

Taking a preventive approach when it comes to cold season can be a game changer for you and your household! I always have a list of a few natural ways you can boost your immune system preparing for the season.

šŸ‘ŸCold is no excuse to not move! Exercise can be 30 mins of walking, which increases the white cell production of our immune system. In the mall, treadmill, or outside bundled up!
ā˜€ļøTest and consume Vitamin D 5,000iu-10,000iu depending blood test
šŸ’§Drink 80-90oz spring water or filtered
šŸ’¤Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep
🌿Keep elderberry, echinacea, mullein leaf, and immune boosting herbs on hand

OREGANO! THE HERB OF THE MONTH!

Not just a kitchen staple, Oregano is one of the best antifungal and antibacterial herbs that I have come across!

With warming + drying energetics, oregano supports digestion by easing bloating, gas, and discomfort, while also fighting off bacterial, fungal, and even parasitic overgrowth.
Its powerhouse oils, carvacrol + thymol, are known to combat food-brone pathogens and protect the gut.

🌿Safety: Allergic sensitivity to Oregano has been reported. Some mixed reports on safety of Oregano during pregnancy.

Here are some facts that I hope convince you that now is the time to action!

Over half the population has a chronic illness, and yet most people still don’t think it’ll happen to them.

Let me layout some of the facts of why NOW is the right time to take action for yourself:

šŸƒ American life expectancy peaked in 2014, then by 2017 my generation was declared the first who will have a shorter life expectancy than their parents on average…BEFORE COVID happened.

šŸƒI’m 37 years old, my generation is estimated to being born with HALF of their healthy gut microbiome being extinct and unable to be passed down by mom during birth.

šŸƒThere is a ā€œnormalā€ level of heavy metals in humans like mercury, arsenic, and lead that is referred to as the SAFE amount. Patients with heavy metal poisoning who visit our clinic have a goal to lower their toxic metals from disease causing levels down to ā€œnormalā€ which IS STILL NOT NORMAL!

We have to start doing the work for ourselves now! No one else is!
