With expertise as a Certified Diabetes Educator and specialties in weight management, celiac disease, and food sensitivities—plus a Master’s in Health Education—she brought the knowledge and the energy. Let’s just say that learning about nutrition has never been this entertaining! 👏

Happy World Book Day! 📚✨Our Independent Living residents had the chance to visit the brand-new Omaha Public Library, and they were absolutely blown away! From the moment they walked in, they described it as spectacular, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought out. There was a real sense of awe as they explored everything it has to offer.

Books open doors to education, spark imagination, and help us better understand history and the world around us. Seeing our residents experience that joy firsthand made the day even more special.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our first stop was to the Nebraska History Museum for an educational tour, then we went to The Oven Indian Cuisine for their delicious Northern Indian cuisine. For dessert we enjoyed specialty donuts at Hurts Donut - Lincoln Nebraska. 🗺️🍛🍩What a great outing!
