A new year is a chance to look at what already exists and imagine what it can become. Our Adaptive Reuse series highlights projects where Lueder transformed existing spaces into environments built on purpose and impact. Kicking this series off is Assure Women's Center. A recent renovation of their office and treatment rooms to support women in need!

It's more than just about saving space; it’s about maximizing impact. Our work here transformed an existing footprint into a calm, functional environment designed to support best-in-class care. Assure’s mission centers on serving women through education and resources while supporting their journey. Lueder's role was to make sure the space matched that purpose. This project was delivered on schedule and under budget, proving that thoughtful renovation can extend impact without starting from scratch ✨🤍🌱
