Hospice is About Living, Not Dying

Endless Journey Hospice provides hospice services to Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. We offer a community-based hospice service, taking pride in offering an alternative for end of life care. We employ a holistic, client-centered model of care that strives to nourish our clients and their families physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as they prepare for the end of life and beyond.

We believe that it is truly an honor and a privilege to be invited to walk beside our clients as they complete their journey. We are comprised of a team of experienced hospice professionals with the mission to provide exceptional end of life care and restore dignity to the dying process.

Our team is devoted to coordinating a unique and personalized plan of care. Regardless of location (at home, assisted/independent living or long term care setting) we are prepared to support and encourage our clients and their families to continue to live every day. Our services include intermittent visits from RN Case Managers, Hospice CNA’s, Social Workers, Chaplains, and volunteers. Hospice is designed to supplement and support the primary caregiver offering education and direction related to the specific disease process. Our support continues beyond the clients’ journey by supporting their loved ones with our endless bereavement program.

Our holistic services are funded through the generosity of our donors and memorial gifts of our clients and families, they are provided at no expense to the client receiving them.
