Bucktrout of Williamsburg (located in Williamsburg, VA) is the oldest funeral home in America, founded in 1759. It started as a cabinet shop in Williamsburg, where Benjamin Bucktrout and Anthony Hay began making caskets for neighbors. Over time, the business grew into a full service funeral home and it has been serving families ever since.
