In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is taught that lungs are the organ related to grief. During times of emotional turmoil or grief, it can be very helpful to proactively support your lungs! Good breathwork and simple herbs like Mullein or Astragalus can be helpful.
If someone is experiencing an imbalance, such as a respiratory illness, then we need to be more active in treating it. We need common herbs like Ginger or Thyme or maybe stronger ones that I could blend up for you. If an emotional release is needed I have lots of suggestions but here is a simple and free one.
