Happy Saturday, Friends!
Today we focus on crown chakra cleansing, healing and balancing. This is the final chakra in this video series. I hope you've enjoyed it.

The crown chakra is located at the top of the head and it’s energy is violet or pure white light. It’s our connection to God, Infinite Spirit, the Divine. It’s through the crown chakra that Universal Life Force energy is channeled. So, for example, when we’re talking about Reiki, the Rei in Reiki comes from the Universe, it’s creator energy and represents unconditional love and high wisdom.

In this video, I channel healing Reiki energy to cleanse, heal and balance your crown chakra, returning it to its brilliant violet light. Allow this energy to flow through you for a clearer connection with the Divine, deeper faith in your calling and present moment awareness.

Welcome to the weekend!
Today we're focusing on sixth chakra: the third eye.

The third eye, also known as the mind’s eye, is located between the eyebrows and radiates a deep indigo energy. This chakra governs psychic vision, intuition, and inner wisdom. It connects us to our life’s purpose and reveals how following this intuitive calling benefits both us and our community.

When the third eye is balanced, we experience heightened intuition, enhanced imagination and clarity of thought. It empowers us to trust our inner guidance and make decisions that are aligned with our higher purpose. A balanced third eye opens the door to profound spiritual experiences such as telepathy, synchronicities, and a deeper understanding of our soul’s journey. It fosters mystical connections with the Divine, Infinite Spirit or God.

An imbalanced third eye can manifest as difficulty trusting your intuition, feeling disconnected from your inner wisdom, or over-relying on logic and intellect. While intellect has its place, honoring the inner “knowing” that defies logic often leads us directly to fulfillment and alignment with our highest self.

Happy Friday, Friends!
In today's video we're working on the throat chakra.
The throat chakra is located in the center of the throat and it’s energy is sky blue in color. It governs communication, truth and self-expression. It acts as a bridge between the heart and the mind so we can express our feelings and thoughts clearly.

Speaking our truth in alignment with our authentic self is a hallmark of this chakra. Authentic self here, means surrendering the ego’s will or personal will to that of our higher purpose. This is where our faith in who we are and what we’re here to become and share is expressed. Using affirmations that ignite our faith in ourselves and our ability to take action, work well in this energy center.

When the throat chakra is balanced, we’re able to keep our promises to ourselves and others. We’re active listeners. We seek to truly understand what someone is communicating to us, which helps us to connect with others in a more meaningful way.

When there’s an imbalance in the throat chakra, you might struggle to speak up when you feel you should. Or, you might be speaking up but feel unheard. On the other side, excessive talking without listening is also a sign of an imbalanced throat chakra.

Hello, Friends!
Today, we're moving up the energy system to the fourth chakra: The Heart Chakra.

The heart chakra, located in the center of the chest, is considered the seat of the soul and is the bridge between the physical chakras: root, sacral and solar plexus, and the spiritual chakras: throat, third eye and crown. It’s energy is emerald green, and sometimes appears pink when we’re moving into our soul space and experiencing unconditional love.

The heart chakra is the center of our emotional power and it governs compassion, forgiveness and emotional balance. As opposed to the physical chakras that focus on how we work with the outside world, the heart chakra’s focus is on our internal world and how we care for ourselves on an emotional level.

When this chakra is balanced we’re able to give and receive love in equal measure so that giving and receiving bring us joy. A balanced heart chakra allows us to create healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

When the heart chakra is imbalanced we have a hard time trusting people in general, we hold grudges, we might seek revenge and we have a hard time forgiving others and ourselves. Other common emotions that signal an imbalanced heart chakra are feelings of anger and jealousy, suffering from loneliness or having a fear of commitment.

Today, we're healing and balancing the third chakra in the seven chakra system: the solar plexus chakra.

The solar plexus chakra, located in the upper abdomen, is the third of the three physical chakras: the root, sacral and solar plexus. These chakras are known as physical chakras because they protect and support us in navigating the world around is in harmony.

The solar plexus is the center of personal power and self-identity. It plays a vital role in shaping our sense of self, particularly during our formative years. When this chakra is balanced, we feel confident, empowered, and decisive, acting with purpose and clarity.

However, imbalances can manifest as feelings of being controlled by others, a strong need to dominate, difficulty setting boundaries, procrastination or indecision.

Happy New Year, Friends! I hope 2025 is your best year yet!
Today, we continue our journey up the chakra system and focus on the second chakra or the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen just below the navel, is the center of pleasure, passion and connection with others. It empowers us to make individual choices, take healthy risks, and respond instinctively to protect ourselves. The chakra is also the source of our creativity, sensuality and emotional harmony.

When the sacral chakra is balanced, we feel inspired, joyful and connected, with a natural flow of emotions and relationships. However, when it’s imbalanced, we may feel stuck, struggle to express our emotions, or experience challenges in forming healthy connections.

Hello, friends! I’m excited to share my new Reiki series with you: Chakra Healing and Balancing. In this series, we’ll journey through each of the seven chakras, starting with the Root chakra and rising to the Crown chakra.
For those of you new to energy work, our bodies have seven main energy centers, or chakras, running along the spine from the base or tip of the tailbone to the crown of the head. Each chakra governs essential aspects of our lives, such as survival, relationships, self-love, communication, faith and our connection to the universe.
Over time, these energy centers can become unbalanced due to fear, self-doubt, power struggles, or a loss of direction. When this happens, it can affect both our physical and emotional well-being.
In each video, I’ll focus on healing and restoring a specific chakra, helping you regain balance, vitality and alignment.

First up: The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, serves as the foundation of our physical and emotional health. When it’s balanced, we feel a sense of safety, stability and the ability to attract prosperity into our lives. However, an imbalanced root chakra can manifest as insecurity, anxiety, fearfulness or worries about the future. Physically, this imbalance might show up as pain in the lower back or knees.

Step 1: Take a moment to center yourself.
Step 2: Imagine a clear, luminous crystal bowl before you.
Step 3: Gently place all your troubles into this bowl—your worries, disappointments, loneliness and longing.
As you release each emotion into the bowl, feel their weight lifting.

Living too far in the future also creates worry, as in -- why hasn't it happened yet? We can’t change the past and we can’t force the future. But we can shape our lives with present moment awareness, living in the now and being kind to ourselves as we shift into a reality that feels right for us.
