This 90-minute class is a purification of the body and mind. This empowering, quick-moving Hatha-style practice explores a powerful combination of set-series postures from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ashtanga traditions.
You will leave feeling refreshed and energized. In addition to the foundational postures of yoga, this exciting practice helps you conquer your fear and learn to enter into (and master) binds, twists, arm balances, and inversions. This practice can be modified and is suitable for all levels.
