We pride ourselves on providing principled instruction to a diverse and intelligent community of yogis. We want to empower and inspire you and educate you so that you may enjoy the benefits of yoga well into your lifetime. We do not host Omaha’s fullest classes. We have 2 rooms: Surya for smaller groups and Chandra for groups up to 25. Though classes can get full we are not an “overlapping mat” ki

nd of joint. We do not play the loudest music. We like music as much as the next yogi and while we may feel strongly about our preferences as teachers we will not blast you with top 40s or Rap songs. We believe that yoga can help us heal, but that the most important person in a healing process is the one doing the healing. Our job is to give you the tools you need, inform you about what is possible, encourage you to grow and be inquisitive. We love yoga and are always innovating in our own practices. We hope to stoke your curiosity and imagination as well. We can (and will) make our own heat. Classes can get warm as movement becomes vigorous but we do not artificially heat classes by turning up the thermostat. We’re a community. For each of us to be successful we need to feel safe and supported. We ask you to register ahead for classes so we remember your name and so we may plan our classes with individuals in mind. You don’t need to lose 50 lb or buy $90 yoga pants to feel at home here. About us, we take professionalism seriously but we’re a pretty chill crew.

Not your typical yoga bootcamp. You may have heard the saying New Year, New You . . . no, no, no. This is New Year, MORE you!!

Pamela’s yoga bootcamps are designed to provide a fun and safe space to build a strong foundation to support a lifelong yoga practice. This is not a bunch of typical bootcamp drills, but rather a perfect mash up of the ideas of strength building, fitness training and yoga. A full body focused series will build a strong foundation while increasing strength and endurance as well as improve respiration. But even more, we will incorporate balance, flexibility and mindfulness to develop and expand the fundamentals that support a sound and sustainable yoga practice. 

Classes will be held Saturday morning 10:30am – 11:45am from January 4th through the 25th with an additional New Years Day kick off class on January 1st.
