Cold weather can make your muscles tighter and joints feel stiffer—but a little stretching goes a long way this winter ❄️🧘‍♀️

Regular stretching helps improve flexibility, increase circulation, reduce aches and pains, and lower your risk of injury when temperatures drop. It’s especially important in winter when we’re less active and spend more time sitting or bundled up.

Take a few minutes each day to stretch, warm up before activity, and keep your body moving all season long. Your muscles—and your spine—will thank you!
