We are completely transitioned to Vagaro! If you haven't made the switch, head on over to Vagaro and make an account. If you use the same email address as your Schedulicity account, it should be a little easier.

We made it through the first few days with the Vagaro scheduler!!! It is definitely a learning process for me. There are soo many more options possible with Vagaro, which means I need to learn more than I had before. Here's a few things we learned:

- Your credit card information will have to be re-entered on the Vagaro platform.
- If you use your own device to log in, your information will automatically fill in. BUT, if you have someone try to book for you, from their own personal device, their information will automatically fill in if they've ever had a Schedulcity or Vagaro account. So make sure they log out and log in with your info.
- Packages are still available. You can buy them from me in person, or through the 'Packages' tab on my Vagaro page. And I've shared screenshot from the desktop and phone, so you can see what it looks like. The direct link is: https://www.vagaro.com/nfm7dv

I've moved over to Vagaro for appointment scheduling and payment processing. Schedulicity was purchased by Vagaro last year, and they have finally required that everyone switch over. I ask that you be patient with me as I learn the new system and we work out any kinks in the data switch over.

What's new:
-All scheduling and account data should be automatically transferred to Vagaro, including your login and password information. So you will be able to login in to Vagaro with your original login and password.
-For the next 30 days, Schedulicity will link you over to the new site if you forget or don't see this email. After 30 days, you'll no longer have access and will have to exclusively use the Vagaro links, or app, directly. You don't have to get the app, you can use Vagaro.com through your internet browser. But, the app might have an easier functionality and it is available on Apple or Android.
-It is a new booking system, and so it might take a little while to get the hang of it. If you feel unsure that you've booked correctly, or something seems incorrect, you can always text me. I can't promise to be great tech support, but I'll do my best :) If it seems a big problem, you can also contact Vagoro's Help Team.
-With the switch I will be adding a tap card reader. So in the future, if you want to change the card you are using to pay, it'll be an easy tap instead of a manual card entry.

I know no one is looking forward to change, and I do apologize for that. But, I am hopeful that Vagaro will make booking and payment easier, or at least keep it as simple as it has been. Maybe we find a few new features that we love.

Hey Everyone,
In the next week or two there's going to be some changes in the way appointments are scheduled. Schedulicity, my online scheduler, got bought out by Vagaro, so I'll have to switch over to their system. I don't have all the details yet, but I'll be sure to post the changes here and to send out an email when the time comes.

On March 29th, I will be raising my service prices. The price increase will be reflective of the current market value in Omaha, keeping me on a parallel with other massage professionals in the area.

It’s been 18 years of helping people through massage and 8 years of running my own massage business. I hope that I have served you well as a massage therapist. I hope that I have brought some comfort to all my massage clients. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your lives, 1 hour at a time. I hope that everyone sticks with me through this change, but I understand if that’s not possible. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

The new massage prices:

30 minutes : $45

60 minutes : $90

90 minutes : $135

120 minutes : $180

Massage Packages:

3 - 60 min sessions : $230

3 - 90 min sessions : $345

Outstanding Gift Cards and Gift Certificates will be honored at the price of service at the time of purchase until March 29th 2026. After this one year grace period, all gift cards and certificates will be worth the dollar amount.

All packages purchased before March 29th will apply to future massage appointments without additional payment. All appointments booked before March 29th, with the appointment occurring after the 29th, will be charged the current rate. Basically, if you paid for a package or booked a future appointment, the price you booked at will stay the same - the original price will be honored.

February is American Heart Month to raise awareness about heart disease.

Studies have shown that systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety, and respiratory rates were significantly decreased after back massage. Oxygen saturation levels showed significant increases.
