Help My Feet Hurt!!

What We Do at Omaha Blue Waves For Plantar Fasciitis
We see Plantar Fasciitis frequently! This is one of those pesky problems that seems to stick around a while, especially when you are on your feet, a runner, or even wear shoes that do not have the best support (yes ladies those heels are not good for your feet!).

To help alleviate pain and tension we work into the calf muscles as well as the foot and heel. Using a mixture of massage modalities like cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching and more we can loosen up all areas that may potentially be causing foot pain.

Knowing that foot pain can be a hassle we need to get you back performing at your best. We reccommend to start with 30 minute massage sessions to start the healing process. This includes working out tense muscles as well as allowing your body to appreciate the stretch it needs. When in constant pain, bi-weekly sessions until you feel better is a great way to get back to your routine.

Even after the pain is gone it is important to continue maintance on the problem area to ensure that your body is at tip top shape. That big race coming up or the event at work that requires you to stand for what seems like forever will be no problem for you!
