Hiyeee. I love a September re-set. 🍂

This summer, I’ve been caring for elders (and kids!), settling up estates, grieving, swimming, laughing, crying, trying new things (some good, some… not for me), traveling, and sorta quietly soul-searching. 🗺️

I’m ready to return to my own life and business now, but we all know that you never step into the same river twice. Things grow, change, live, and die. I’m getting so so excited to share what’s next… 🖤

Have you ever fallen hard, been disappointed, then looked up to find The Right One, waiting there to pick you up back up?

I have. And so have my incredibly sweet newlywed clients…

After one great home didn’t work out, they were pretty damn sad, but they stayed optimistic and focused… then BANG! This incredible, one-of-a-kind c.1932 bohemian beauty stole their hearts. And they fought for it. And they won. Who could’ve known this was right around the corner?

Just going to tease you with some details for now, but this home is special. On paper, it’s got a lot going on that shouldn’t work but in real life, it just DOES. It’s very custom and unique to the person who put it together over the years, yet it’s perfectly “them”. Love is weird like that.
