As we close out 2025, I'm sitting here reflecting on this wild, beautiful journey and I'm just... overwhelmed with gratitude.
This year has been full of growth, challenges, and so many moments that have reminded me why I do what I do. Every single family that invited me into their home, trusted me with their feeding journey, and let me be part of those intimate, vulnerable early days of parenthood - you have no idea how much you've given me.
To the mamas who were running on zero sleep but still showed up for their babies (and themselves) - you're badasses. To the partners who stepped up, asked questions, and learned right alongside their families - you rock. To the babies who finally figured out that latch after weeks of work - you made my whole damn year.
I'm grateful for the tears (happy and frustrated ones), the victories (big and small), the middle-of-the-night texts, and even the messy, hard moments. Because ALL of it matters. All of it is part of your story.
Thank you for letting me be your cheerleader, your educator, your support system, and sometimes just the person who says "this is HARD and you're doing amazing."

As we head into 2026, I'm excited for what's to come. More families to love on, more celebrations, more support, and hopefully fewer middle-of-the-night clogged ducts for everyone 😄
