We are closing this office on January 25, 2024.

We are no longer accepting new patients.

If you are a patient currently under our care, and have not missed any of your follow up appointments, you will already know this.

Though we will continue to see outpatients until January, all patients are encouraged to not delay in finding a new provider as a new appointment may take months to procure.

Our interrupted service from Century Link has now been resolved after 4 days.

Unfortunately, our voice messages have not be fully processed and the capacity has reached its limits.

You may call our number for instructions, but we request you delay any non- urgent matters until Tuesday giving us a chance to answer the accumulated requests to make payments which we were also not able to process due to the interruption in service.
