Our Story

Dr. Natalie Dowty has been providing cutting-edge, one on one physical therapy for chronic conditions and whole health in Omaha for more than 20 years. Her approach is gentle, individualized and puts patients at the center of their care. She specializes in treating those with all types of chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, hypermobility, and chronic disease. She also coaches those who wish to age well, and maintain a higher state of wellness.

Listening to the Patient is Key

“Even if [we] can’t find a cause to explain the patient’s condition, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t one. [We] need to learn the power of the patient-practitioner relationship, which will help guide [us] to the answers. The good news is that practitioners in the wellness arena are trained in that way and [we] strive for a patient-centered healthcare system, which encourages patient to be partners with their healthcare providers and focuses on individualized care.”
