FBG’s leadership team spent time together in Omaha this week discussing what it means to be an employee owner and how that mindset drives the way we serve our customers and support one another. The group also focused on company growth for the year ahead and explored how emerging technology can help strengthen our operations and the services we provide.

A special thank you to Andrea Nielsen Fredrickson from Revela for joining the conversation and leading an open discussion about the difference between service and hospitality. Her insights challenged us to think about how we can create even better experiences for both our customers and our employees.
